Trying to download Mount and Blade mods, tried each Mirror available and none of them can muster more than 20kb/s Apparently I'm not the only person experiencing this. I even made sure to close all my other programs that might have been slowing me down, no dice.

A friend of mine recommended I use a download manager but googling that brings up a million 'free' programs that look sketchy as hell.

Yep, terrible speeds. 1.2GB download is going to take 8 hours apparently.

What mirrors are you trying to download files from? Some tend to be very slow. (Especially near the end of the month when some are completely unavailable.)
