Added ability to toggle the background music with F3.

The Mercury Engine has been given the ability to toggle the background music with the F3 key. This update will be applied to all games using the Mercury Engine, Attack On Planet 21, Attack on Planet 22 and Attack on Planet 23. Added due to a suggestion by a friend after playing the third game. Note: I am open for suggestions for improvements to the game.
