Instalation:
Notice,Create a Backup Folder First!also copy flagfiles.txt. and TGA and put on back Up folder
Open the zip and Paste all Files on your Hearts of Iron III/gfx/Flags
after Copy Flagfiles;txt and TGA to the Backup,delete It.
your mod is ready to play
