Creates recipes for cooking 4 simple, fine, or lavish meals.
Release to handle back compat for Alpha 14 saves. Does not include the 4 kibble recipe, since it was not originally in the A14 version.
Version # set to 0.14.1249 (latest A14). Let me know on the forums or steam if there are any problems.
