Description
The 3rd release. Though contains some template/temporary pages and files, also includes a new waypoint system, a music controller/player, a bit more advanced interface, and two player game modes to choose (singleplayer/multiplayer). The installer file provided by Inno Setup.

I installed to D:\Games\CarEdu, not run.
If I installed to the original path (C:\Program Files\CarEdu\) everything is ok. Why?
