prop modeler enviorment fenrir studios anywhere artists required skills (any or all) 3ds max, maya, zbrush, blender responsibilities understand baking and usage of software such as xnormal, zbrush, topogun and headus uv layout retopology and the process involved excellent texturing and unwrapping skills collaborate with art directors, designers, programmers and animators on object specifications, functions, style, limitations, etc. incorporate technical expertise, artistic ability, an understanding of mechanisms, and a basic understanding of animation while building objects required skills strong sense of surface development, proportion, and mechanical functionality strong artistic sense balanced with good technical knowledge sketching, drawing, painting and design skills desirable thorough knowledge of 3d max or maya, photoshop, zbrush, mudbox and other 2d/3d applications experience creating high-poly models for normal ripping purposes good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment passion and desire to create great games
