Red Tiberium Mod Skin addon

This is my first publicly released mod for Command & Conquer: Renegade. This skin changes tiberium in the game into a nice red color. Weapons still use green tiberium because it makes more sense. Red tiberium is very rare, thus it would be thoroughly researched before being weaponized.
