Mod that makes the default Portraits Holographic. I created this mod because I'm using an UI mod, and I don't feel the colorful default portraits fitting. to the overall theme. Also to teach myself how to make mods for Star Ruler 2. I used the original portraits as a base, so credit should go to the original creator.
