A dark backstory haunts our main character, The Miner. His past is overshadowed and filled with horrors. His mother was burned alive in their family home, and he feels guilt for the incident, lamenting his inability to save his mother from the flames.
Plagued by recurring dreams, The Miner senses the need to confront his problems. Perhaps a visit to the doctor later in the afternoon is in order? But first, he must prepare for work, gather his tools, his pickaxe, and torch, and then head towards the mining area.
The overseer keeps a watchful eye over the miners, making sure no one is slacking or neglecting their duties. Running late for work, The Miner worries about the overseer's anger and tries his best to avoid the overseer as much as possible.
As a miner, you, the player, will experience life in 17th-century Sweden. You'll solve puzzles that range from difficult to moderate, help with the mining work, both underground and above ground. You will witness the dawn of the industry and see how the crucial copper ore was extracted from the mine, then transported by horses and wheelbarrows to other places where it was processed and melted, used for cannons and other necessities for the wars and the crown.
